Ranjit Sons established a largest industrial sewing machine parts manufacturing unit in Ludhiana the leading Industrial City which is a recognized as one of the major export center of India. We have been in the sewing machine parts manufacturing business since 1945. We sell our products under the trade mark NS. Our company is specialized in manufacturing a Shuttle Hooks, Shuttle Races, and Bobbin Cases for industrial & domestic sewing machines which are considered to be the heart of sewing machine.
We have a capacity for manufacturing 1.00.000 pieces monthly in our factory with our experts team a total workforce of around 150 employees. Our products are highly precision finishing components and have a long service life and ensure the best sewing quality. We have captured 60 % share of the India market and have more than 400 dealers in our distribution network through out INDIA.
Our Export market so far includes the USA, COLOMBIA, TAIWAN, JAPAN, CHINA, BANGLADESH, PAKISTAN, AFGHANISTAN, DUBAI etc and have earned ourselves a reputable name for delivering quality and performance in our products.
At present Ranjit Sons is also manufacturing a Centrifugal finishing machine first time in India driven by Gear which save electricity with less running cost. In C.F.M suitable Media and Chemicals slides against the parts under high pressure inside the four Barrels which removes the burr and Refines the surface of the components.
